Yolpme is different: there are no upfront fees!

You only pay your nominated referral fee, plus 20% of the referral fee and GST, if you hire an applicant referred through Yolpme. No hire, no charge!

Here's how it works...

Yolpme gives employers access to a network of well-connected individuals who, in turn, advertise your job vacancies among their peers for a chance to earn the cash reward you nominate.

Yolpme gives you unprecedented access to an untapped candidate pool: our users' personal and professional relationships.

Yolpme users are motivated by cash incentives to not only seek out the best candidates for an advertised role, but to actively request the candidate to respond.

What's required

Register yourself and your company profile

Enter your details, company information, profile and billing information. Make sure you enter the best email address to send Yolpme correspondence to.

Promote your jobs

If your company has its own social media accounts, you can sync these and refer your jobs out to your own social media networks

NB: Any job referred from your social media accounts through Yolpme will incur the Yolpme fee.

Create your job

Like regular job boards, you can quickly and easily post your job to the Yolpme job board. However, unlike other job boards, with Yolpme you pay no up-front fees.

First, nominate the cash reward amount you'll pay if you hire a successful candidate referred through Yolpme. Then decide how you'd like your job vacancies advertised by Yolpme referrers.

Yolpme gives you the flexibility to choose the way you'd like your jobs advertised. Decide between broadcast or direct contact:

Broadcast: Referrals are posted via the referrers chosen social networks.Referrers can post jobs to their "walls" on each of the social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn as well as contact individuals directly.

Direct contact: Referrals are sent only to known personal and professional contacts. Referrers can send the job to people they're connected to within their chosen networks.

As well as choosing which referral methods you'd like to use, you can dictate whether referrers provide information or "introductions" on why they're recommending a candidate. Choose between optional or required introductions:

Optional: Referrers have the option to say how they know the candidate and why they'd recommend them for the job.

Required: Referrers must confirm how they know the candidate and why they'd recommend them for the job. In this case, when the referrer sends a referral, they'll also be required to detail how they know the job candidate.

Once you've completed the process, you can preview your job before submitting it to Yolpme for approval. Yolpme then reviews all new jobs, company profiles and amendments to jobs. This approval process provides quality assurance for Yolpme's users and clients.

The approval process is normally completed within one hour during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm AEST)

Company profile

Your company profile is important. It gives referrers and job candidates a strong first impression of who they're dealing with and, most importantly, why they want to work for you.

When you create a company profile on Yolpme, you'll be asked to provide details about its size, industry type, company type and a description. The more accurate you can be, the better the chance you have of attracting the right people for the job.

You'll also need to supply a company logo that is at least 70 pixels high and no more than 100 pixels wide.

Referrers and candidates can browse by company under Yolpme's companies section and can follow the company to learn about new roles via RSS. View the Companies section

Candidate management

Yolpme helps you track your candidates through the recruitment process, be it through email notification at each step of the process, resume management or candidate status.

  • You'll be notified by email at each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Yolpme internal message board keeps a record of all correspondence.
  • You can review and manage incoming resumes via your Yolpme dashboard.
  • Select your chosen candidates for interview and hire.
